Mountain Buggy Duet Artisan Collection – Side-by-Side Double Stroller for Twins and Close-in Siblings

The Mountain Buggy Duet Artisan Collection is a side-by-side double stroller designed for twins and children close in age, from birth to about 5 years old. It combines Mountain Buggy’s all-terrain expertise with a premium design inspired by the Artisan collection.

With its compact wheelbase of just 63 cm, the Duet Artisan allows you to seat two children side-by-side while maintaining the width of a single stroller. This makes it particularly well-suited for getting around town, as well as for walks on a variety of paths and terrains.

Mountain Buggy Duet Artisan: a compact 63-cm double stroller

The Duet Artisan is designed around a 63 cm wheelbase that allows you to transport two children side by side. This compact width makes it easy to navigate urban spaces and narrow passages.

Yet the stroller retains the features that define Mountain Buggy’s DNA: maneuverability, adaptability, durability, and ease of use.

Thanks to its side-by-side design, each child has their own seat and can enjoy the same surroundings during walks.

A double stroller for twins or children close in age

The Mountain Buggy Duet Artisan is designed for both twins and siblings close in age.

Both fabric seats feature a safety harness system and can be adjusted to accommodate the child’s development. The seats can be reclined or set upright thanks to their intuitive adjustment mechanism.

The stroller is intended for use from birth up to approximately 5 years of age, with the age range provided by the manufacturer as a guideline.

A complete newborn solution with the Carrycot Plus™

The Mountain Buggy Duet Artisan Collection comes as a newborn set specially designed to support families from the very first months.

The package includes a matching Carrycot Plus™. This convertible carrycot can be used as a carrycot for newborns and then converted into a child seat.

Carrycot Plus™ Included

The included carrycot plus™ consists of:

• a carrycot frame;
• a carrycot cover;
• a car seat cover;
• a mattress;
• a canopy;
• a carrycot cover.

The carrycot is designed for newborns up to about 6 months. In the child seat configuration, the carrycot plus™ is suitable for children from about 6 months to 3 years, according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.

For newborn twins, a second Carrycot Plus™ can be added separately to create a newborn configuration suitable for both children.

Mountain Buggy All-Terrain Performance

The Duet Artisan retains Mountain Buggy’s all-terrain DNA. It is designed to offer a stable and controlled ride both in the city and on rougher terrain.

Puncture-proof Aeromaxx wheels

The stroller is equipped with four 10-inch puncture-proof Aeromaxx tires, with 12-inch rear tires as specified in the detailed product specifications. This design helps provide a ride suited to various types of terrain.

Rear suspension

The rear wheel suspension helps improve ride comfort and stability when the stroller is traveling over uneven surfaces.

Maneuverability and Curb Climbing

Mountain Buggy’s design prioritizes excellent maneuverability and the ability to navigate curbs and sidewalks with ease. The Duet Artisan thus remains agile to maneuver despite being designed for two children.

An Active and Intuitive Braking System

The Mountain Buggy Duet Artisan features a manually operated active brake. It also has a Go/Stop indicator that allows you to quickly check the brake’s status.

This system makes it easier to control the stroller during daily commutes and walks.

Comfortable, adjustable seats

Both seats feature a cushioned fabric seat that allows you to adjust the comfort level as each child grows.

Each seat has a mechanism that allows you to easily adjust it from a reclined position to a more upright position. The maximum weight capacity is 22 kg per seat.

Safety harness without a floating rear strap

The Duet Artisan features the Tail-Free safety harness system, a patented innovation by Mountain Buggy designed to eliminate the back strap.

UPF 50+ sun protection

Both seats feature individual sun canopies with UPF50+ protection. They help protect children from the sun during outings.

A premium design by Artisan

The Artisan Collection adds a particularly refined finish to the Mountain Buggy Duet.

The stroller features a classic herringbone-patterned fabric paired with genuine leather accents. The leather is notably featured on the handlebar and the safety bar.

Three elegant color options

The Mountain Buggy Duet Artisan is available in a color palette inspired by Premiere Vision:

• Chai
• Jade
• Dusk

A lightweight and sturdy frame

The stroller features a frame made of lightweight, aerospace-grade 6060 T52 aluminum. This construction helps combine sturdiness, durability, and weight efficiency.

The stroller alone weighs 16.2 kg. With the Carrycot Plus™, accessories, and all included equipment, the total weight is 22.7 kg.

Convenient one-handed upright folding

The Mountain Buggy Duet Artisan features an easy, one-handed upright fold, which is convenient for everyday storage and transport.

Its folded dimensions are 85 x 63 x 55 cm when folded upright. It can also be folded flat without the wheels, measuring approximately 42 x 52 x 88 cm.

A versatile system designed for travel

The Duet Artisan features multifunctional attachments that allow you to use the Carrycot Plus™ or a compatible infant car seat with the appropriate adapters.

It can thus be integrated into a travel system using the car seat adapters available for the line.
